About the speaker
Jamal TuhinLink opens in a new window is a private equity lawyer specialised in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring. He has worked with clients in life sciences and healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and financial services across Europe and the US, guiding them through every phase of international and domestic transactions. Jamal is a Warwick Law School graduate who trained at Linklaters and was an associate at White & Case and Dechert prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in 2025.
