How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Economics PhD Conference

Our two day virtual conference organised by Warwick Economics PhD students will bring together international PhD research from across the globe.

The 8th annual Warwick Economics PhD Conference, part-funded by the ESRC, CAGE Research Centre will be hosted virtually this year. Our two-day conference organised by Warwick Economics PhD students brings together PhD research from across the globe.

Date: 6-7 November 2020,
Location: Online via Microsoft Teams (1.00 - 4.30pm UK Time)

This is a student-led conference organised annually by PhD students at the Warwick Economics Department, supported and attended by the Warwick Economics Department and members of the faculty.

GLOBE Centre Reading Group

Empire Reading Group: FH Cardoso, 'Dependency and Development in Latin America' (1972)

In conjunction with CCLS, this year's reading group theme will be Empire and the Economy. We have a series of reading discussions designed to interweave with the CCLS reading group schedule.

In week 5 we read a classic text on dependency theory - an ideal event for research students.
