About us
Warwick Philosophy offers an inclusive, supportive community for students and researchers eager to explore big ideas. We are internationally known for the quality of both our research and teaching, and for supporting diverse philosophical traditions in one department. Key areas of strength include philosophy of mind and epistemology, Post-Kantian European philosophy, aesthetics, and moral, political, and legal philosophy. We also collaborate closely with many disciplines including politics, economics, law, psychology, mathematics, English and history. Our dynamic, research-led teaching fosters skills in clear thinking, argumentation, critical analysis, and problem-solving.
