The Intersectional Effects of Disability and Social Class on Becoming NEET
The Intersectional Effects of Disability and Social Class on Becoming NEET is a 12-month British Academy/Leverhulme Small Research Grant (November 2022-October 2023).
Following an intersectional approach, the project seeks to disentangle the social process implicated in the (re)production of disability-related educational and occupational disadvantage experienced by physically and/or sensory disabled young people. The project takes a qualitative approach and will involve biographical interviews with physically and/or sensory disabled young people aged 18-30 years old.
