Accommodation

If you have chosen a package with bed and breakfast included, you will be staying in our Arthur Vick Halls of ResidenceLink opens in a new window. Your accommodation will be a single study bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

All en-suite bedrooms are equipped with:

• Towels - bath-sheet, hand towel and bathmat
• Bedding including two pillows and pillowcases, duvet and cover and bedsheet
• Wi-fi access
• Tea and coffee making facilities
• Toilet
• Washbasin
• Bath with overhead shower or standalone shower

Communal areas will be cleaned daily and bedrooms and bathrooms are checked, beds made, tea and coffee replenished etc.

Irons and ironing boards are available in communal kitchens. Limited fridge space will be available. You can request hairdryers and clock radios from our conferences reception if needed. Please note there are no other facilities available in the kitchens.

If you’re looking for accommodation off-campus for the duration of the conference or need extra nights, you can try trip advisor for recommendations. We also have other B&B conference accommodation on campus which can be booked directly.

Gym and Swim

Conference guests living in our Halls of Residence also have gym and swim access to our lovely new Sports and Wellness Hub.

Our beautiful campus is located 3 miles from the centre of Coventry. All the details of how to find us can be found on this webpage. Once on campus, you’ll find our interactive campus map helpful.

Catering

If you are staying in our halls of residence, breakfast is provided in our Rootes Restaurant (Rootes Building). Breakfast includes continental or Full English. Breakfast is served between 7am - 9am.

Please note that our campus is cashless.

Car Parking

Parking on campus is free, you need to book this, preferably in advance of your visit. You can book here and follow the instructions below:

• Look for the Conference Parking tile
• Click on the book now button
• Enter your details and your arrival and exit times
• In the promo code box add Easconf23 and click apply
• This will bring the cost to zero
