Contact us with your request. You can do this by completing our online form or if you would like a general discussion first, we will be happy to talk to you in a phone call, live chat or video call.
Once we are clear on your requirements we will put together a proposal and budget for you within 2 weeks of your request.
We will work with you to make any adjustments to the proposal and ensure that it works for you.
The finalised contract and terms and conditions will be sent to you for review and signature.
Once signed, we will be in regular contact with you to finalise the programme, send visa invitation letters, ensure your students are clear on what to expect, arrange arrival, special diets, disability support and so on.
During the programme, we will keep your organisation up to date with how the programme is progressing.
After the programme, if your programme is assessed, you will be sent details of assessment results.
We will send you the results of feedback from the programme and set up a debrief to discuss the programme.
