This space is not permitted to be booked:

• By students
• During coffee service (Monday to Friday, 10.30-11.15)
• For teaching or student related consultations (e.g. careers drop-ins or meet the employer events)
• For ‘standard’ meetings that could be held elsewhere e.g. group or team meetings. If the amount of people is small enough, they can use it alongside other users without a booking as long as the space is available.

The ‘event’ side of the room (furthest from the kitchen) may be booked:

• After 11:30.
• If booked between 12:00 – 14:00 the partition must be closed.

Whole space bookings

• Are not allowed between 12:00 – 14:00 Monday to Friday.
• May be booked after 14:30 on weekdays.
• For any requests before 14:30 on a weekday, please check with the Facilities Coordinator.
• May be booked any time on Saturday or Sunday
