We have spent a lot of time looking at the data and analysing your feedback. The Mentoring Steering Committee are well under way, working on projects to ensure your valuable comments and suggestions are developed.

Highlights from the Programme Quality Review include:

1. About 50% mentees and over 70% of mentors completed the survey  

2. Over 90% of mentees would recommend the programme 

3. Over 80% mentees said their mentor challenged their thinking in a constructive way

4. Mentor’s agree with mentees, that over 80% of mentees manage their interactions well

5. 70% mentors said they'd be happy to receive feedback from their mentees
