Upcoming maintenance work - outages March 27, 28 and April 10th
Saturday 27th March 08:00 - 16:00
- All IT systems campus-wide to be considered 'at risk' with a likelihood of not being available. Internet access *may* be possible from WBS computers but there will certainly be two breaks (one in the morning and one in the evening).
Sunday 28th March 09:00 - 14:00
Power shutdown in the Scarman Road building.
- No physical access to the Scarman Road building
- All WBS-provided IT services to be unavailable
- Students/staff wishing to access computing facilities can use those elsewhere on campus (e.g. the learning grid). IT Services usercodes will be needed to log into these machines.
Saturday 10th April 08:00 - 16:00 (NB - now extended to 07.00 - 17.00)

The above dates/times are now finalised, having been agreed between ITS/Estates and representatives of departments across campus. Should they be likely to cause significant disruption to an event of importance to the university please contact us. We may be able to suggest measures to mitigate the effects or to suggest appropriate contacts elsewhere at the university.
