- The Helpdesk is closed for all English Public Holidays. For a list of these see https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidayLink opens in a new window . Like the rest of the University the Helpdesk is closed for an extended period over the Christmas holiday (typically from around the 22nd December until around 3rd January).
