WBS eSolutions Helpdesk Opening hours and Contact Details

  • We have temporary opening times during COVID-19 restrictions please see below.
  • The opening hours are slightly longer during term times then holidays. For a full list of term dates please see http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/study/termdates

  • The Helpdesk is closed for all English Public Holidays. For a list of these see https://www.gov.uk/bank-holiday . Like the rest of the University the Helpdesk is closed for an extended period over the Christmas holiday (typically from around the 22nd December until around 3rd January).

COVID-19 Opening times:

  • To help keep our customers and staff safe, our service open times are slightly different than usual whilst social distance guidelines are in place. The below times are the same for both vacation and term time dates.

Walk in Support - WBS room 0.007:

Monday to Thursday : 09.00 - 12.30 and 13.30 - 16.30

Friday: 09.00 - 12.30 and 13.30 - 15.30

Online and Phone Support:

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00

Friday: 08:30 - 16:00

Normal Opening times

  • Under normal circumstances (i.e no COVID-19 restrictions) our opening times are as follows:

Term time opening hours

Monday - Thursday: 08.00 - 17.30
Friday 08:00 - 16:30

Vacation time opening hours

Monday - Thursday: 08.30 - 12.30 and 13.30 - 17.00
Friday: 08.30 - 12.30 and 13.30 - 16.00

  • Call us during our opening hours on (024) 765 22522 (or 22522 from an internal phone)
  • Pop in to see us in room 0.007 (ground floor at the bottom of the main central atrium)
