On this page you will find the link to our payment system. You will be able to choose which sort of booking you wish to make. We recommend that you book early as there is a maximum limit on the number of participants. The availability of certain accommodation options is also restricted.

All options (other than conference only and daily rate) include the conference fee (including abstracts and other printed materials), two nights bed and breakfast accommodation, all refreshments, lunches and dinners, and access to all receptions.

Conference only and daily rates include conference fee, refreshments, lunches and access to receptions.

CMS 09 cancellation policy: For conference only delegates we refund 90% for cancellation up to 8 weeks before the conference and 40% for cancellations up to 4 weeks before the conference - nothing after.

For delegates you have booked accommodation, we refund 90% for cancellations up to 8 weeks before the conference (on the grounds that we may be able to resell their accommodation). Between 8 and 4 weeks before the conference, we refund 90% of the equivalent of the registration fee but nothing for accommodation - nothing thereafter
