Staying healthy physically, mentally, socially and financially is really important for you to thrive as a student. Please take a look at the support and services both on campus and in the wider community that can help ensure you have the best possible time as a student at University from the Students Union

These include tips from the NHS on eating a balanced diet and cycling in the dark

We will also be running a series of well being themed events which you can register for below.

Spotlight on Exam Mastery

This highly interactive workshop will equip you with effective revision and exam preparation techniques, including reflective thinking and reviewing skills, as well as practical stress management strategies to help reduce exam anxiety and to maintain your wellbeing. The tools and techniques you will leave with are not just for exams – they are valuable life skills applicable to interviews, presentations, and other high-pressure situations you are likely to encounter during your academic studies and working lives.

Each attendee will receive a full-colour 'You Pad' workbook to take away and refer back to, plus complimentary stationery.

We will be running 4 sessions (repeated) as follows:

  • Monday 24th November 11:00 – 12:00 (0.013)
  • Monday 24th November 12:00 – 13:00 (0.013)
  • Monday 24th November 13:00 – 14:00 (0.013)
  • Monday 24th November 15:00 – 16:00 (0.013)

Students will be emailed an outlook invitation to the event by Friday 21st November 2025 at 4pm.
