This pagefrom University of Warwick’s Student Wellbeing & Support Service offers practical advice on managing exam stress by focusing on preparation, environment, breathing techniques, wellbeing foundations like sleep and nutrition, and recovery strategies after the exam
You can also access the Student Health App recommended by MIND. It covers topics like mental health, stress, relationships, safety and wellbeing. And it can help you make informed decisions about your health. It's developed by medical professionals.
