WBS Programmes: Deposits

Welcome to the WBS Masters Programmes Deposit Payment system.

Please use these forms to make a deposit payment for your chosen course.

General information

You are required by Warwick Business School to make a deposit payment to be received by the University of Warwick within four weeks of receiving your offer (unless your offer letter specifies a different time limit). Your place on the programme will not be secured until the deposit payment is received. Unfortunately, failure to pay within the specified time period will result in your offer being withdrawn and it will not be reinstated if you wish to pay at a later date.

The deposit payment is set against the tuition fees for the programme.

Refund Policy

The deposit is refundable if you have not met the conditions outlined in your offer email. Requests for a refund for any other reason must be made in writing and will be considered by the Admissions Panel on an individual basis. The decision of the Admissions Panel is final. No refunds will be granted after the start of the programme.
