WBS Programmes: Deposits

Welcome to the WBS Master's Programmes Deposit Payment system.

Please use these forms to make a deposit payment for your chosen course.

General information

You are required by Warwick Business School to make a deposit payment to be received by the University of Warwick within four weeks of receiving your offer (unless your offer letter specifies a different time limit). Your place on the programme will not be secured until the deposit payment is received. Unfortunately, failure to pay within the specified time period will result in your offer being withdrawn and it will not be reinstated if you wish to pay at a later date.

The deposit payment is set against the tuition fees for the programme.

Refund Policy

Should applicants pay the deposit and then decide that they do not wish to continue to secure their offer, they will receive a refund if they notify the WBS admissions team via (the @wbs.ac.uk email address outlined in their offer letter) of this decision in writing, within 14 days of paying the deposit (as opposed to 14 days from accepting their offer, which is a different step). Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable. If your application is found to be fraudulent your deposit payment and any tuition fee paid will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted after the start date of the 26/27 course.
