Refund Policy

Should applicants pay the deposit and then, within 14 days of paying the deposit, decide that they do not wish to take up the offer of a place they will receive a refund if they notify the WBS admissions team via (the @wbs.ac.uk email address outlined in their offer letter) of this decision in writing. Note that refunds will only be made if notice is given within 14 days of paying the deposit (as opposed to 14 days from accepting their offer, which is a different step). Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable. If your application is found to be fraudulent your deposit payment and any tuition fee paid will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted after the start date of the 27/28 course.
