Refund Policy

Should applicants pay the tuition fee deposit and then change their mind, they will receive a refund if they notify the admissions team (using the @wbs.ac.uk email address outlined in their offer letter) of these decisions in writing, within 14 days of paying the deposit. Otherwise, the deposits will only be refunded if an applicant fails to formally enrol because: -

  • you fail to meet the academic (excluding the English language requirement) terms of your offer. NB. We will not refund the deposit if you do not meet your English language condition so please take your English test as early as possible
  • you are refused a relevant visa. You will need to provide a Refusal of Entry Clearance letter from UK Visas and Immigration

The Selection Committee will review refund requests and the decision of the Selection Committee is final. If your application is found to be fraudulent your deposit payment and any tuition fee paid will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted after the start date of the course, the start date of the course can be found in the offer letter.
