Refund Policy

Should applicants pay the tuition fee deposit and then change their mind, they will receive a refund if they notify the WBS admissions team (using the @wbs.ac.uk email address outlined in their offer letter) of this decision in writing, within 14 days of making the payment of the deposit only. If your application is found to be fraudulent, your deposit payment and any tuition fee paid will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted after the start date of the course, the start date of the course can be found in the offer letter.
