Become a MWA Associate
The Monash Warwick Alliance Associate title will provide you with exclusive recognition and the ability to use the title for the duration of your engagement with the Alliance, plus an additional three years if you are still employed by Monash or Warwick. This title will highlight your achievements and commitment to international collaborative research, pedagogical learning and administrative exchange.

- Invitations to Alliance Associates events, where you will be invited to share ideas for future initiatives and projects of the Alliance and engage in networking opportunities.
- The opportunity to participate in review panels for the Alliance's annual funding applications and project proposals. This will provide experience in research evaluation and enable you to contribute to the Alliance's strategic direction.

As an Alliance Associate, you'll unlock ongoing opportunities for collaboration across both institutions. Your contributions will continue to be valued even after your formal title concludes as you join our esteemed MWA Alumni network, continuing to benefit from connections, resources, and future collaborations within the MWA community.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to become an Alliance Associate you must:
- Have received funding from the MWA in the past three years, or are apart of the MWA joint PhD programme, or are an active member of the Alliance (i.e part of the Alliance steering committee, staff member heavily involved in a significant MWA project like TeaMWork, ICUR).
- Be currently employed by Monash University or the University of Warwick.
- Be a passionate advocate for academic excellence, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration and innovation, and are adept at building relationships within the Alliance community. A willingness to inspire others and articulate the value of the Monash Warwick Alliance is essential.
