What is the Employee Survey?

The Employee Survey is your chance to help shape Warwick's future.

Over the years, your views have helped focus improvements on the areas that matter to us all.

The survey provides the opportunity for colleagues to make suggestions and improve the way we work at Warwick, as well as a chance to celebrate what we're already doing well. The results of the survey lead directly to action being taken to implement suggestions - at a University-wide and local level.

Key Dates

Week commencing 1 May - Survey opens

Friday 9 June - Survey closes

End of June - Results shared with University Executive Board (UEB)

Early July - University wide results shared

Mid-July - Discuss results and begin action planning
