Summary:

 Anil Awesti, Lauren Elmore, and Elaine Moore (CLL) This session details and reflects on the rethinking of student support within the Centre for Lifelong Learning (CLL) as a means of assisting students in their teaching and learning experiences. The CLL Student Support Team is tasked with supporting the Centre’s mature students across four aspects of their learning journeys: study skills; e-learning; wellbeing; student engagement. In doing so, the CLL has taken a holistic approach to student support, recognising the intersections that exist amongst the variety of challenges faced by students. In doing so, the CLL’s experience serves as a case study of institutional practice in supporting Warwick students from non-traditional backgrounds.
