How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Unlocking Resilience – Free Virtual Conference

iheart, the mental health education charity, is hosting a free virtual conference on March 1st. Unlocking Resilience – Your Psychological Vaccine is aimed at helping parents navigate the mental health impact of these times on their children and families.

The innovative one-day event features global thought leaders, best-selling authors and subject matter experts addressing the uncertainty, fear and anxiety which, exactly one year on from the start of the pandemic, is more prevalent than ever. Keynote speakers include Dr James Davies, best-selling author of the revolutionary book Cracked and founder of the Council for Evidence-based Psychiatry, and Dr Marilyn Bowman, a pioneering academic researcher and author.

In addition to keynote talks and practical topic-based workshops, the conference will also feature a series of interactive panels including an Educational Leaders panel and a Next Gen panel featuring young people aged 18-22. An expected highlight is a panel of children speaking about how they have learned to unlock their own resilience despite the pandemic, and how this knowledge has helped them.

As a non-profit dedicated to helping young people and families uncover their innate mental wellbeing and resilience, this conference is a natural extension of iheart’s ground-breaking work in the field of preventative mental health education.
