Alex Cole leads our discussion on 'Democratising Digital'; with opportunity for Q&A and networking, this is set to be an insightful evening discussing how we push forward with inclusive innovation, diversifying our talent pipelines and empowering the underserved, disadvantaged or disengaged in this sector.

Alex is the CEO of TIN Ventures which is a social innovation and venture consultancy launched in 2021 to package a series of impact MVPs and commercial propositions he has been developing since 2014. Alex believes in the importance of ‘democratising digital’ in terms of access to careers, investment, and infrastructure for #underserved, #disadvantaged, or #disengaged people from black and minority backgrounds.

These proven models focus on supporting employers to deliver #diverseequity in talent pipelines, engaging and enabling early-stage #entrepreneurs, and addressing #netzero and climate sustainability. For several years Alex’s motivation and #purpose has been to leverage his 25-years as a C-level consulting, operations management, and business development professional – latterly at global IT outsourcer @Capgemini. This soon became urgent and fuelled his ambition to uncover the #untappedpotential of #digitallyexcluded young (and older) people, often furthest away from mainstream opportunities, and place them at the heart of the co-design, delivery, and #impact of his scalable solutions.
