How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Moth Talk
OC1.02

In July , August and September 2023 we have ran events to both educate about moths and discover the species we have on campus. The events went well, with us finding 10 different species of moth in July, a huge 41 species of moth in August and 8 species in September. Moths are a great indicator of habitat health and as part of our biodiversity work on campus we want to learn about the different species we have living here. Check out the pictures below to see some of the moths we have found in previous surveys!

We are pleased to announce that we now have our first date confirmed for 2024! Dan Hall will be presenting a talk about moths and their ecological value and conducting a moth survey. See more information below:

  • Moth Talk: 23rd of April 2024 at 1-2pm, in OC1.02.
  • Moth Survey: 24th of April at 9am, by Windmill Hill (more information upon booking).
