A major new survey into the future of online recruitment in the HE sector is to be published this month and the findings will be launched at the 'e-recruitment Strategy' conference on 25 January

The conference will take place on Thursday 25 January 2007, 9:30am - 4:30pm at Radcliffe Conference Centre.

The conference will aim to:

Identify the challenges HE recruiters face in approaching e-recruitment

Provide information to make an informed choice in recruitment strategy

Share best practice, ideas and experiences to include e-solutions as an integral part of a 'recruitment toolkit'

Themes covered in the report and on the day will include how to reach specialised target markets and speeding up recruitment and cost benefits - all important issues for HE institutions.
