1- If you are a member of staff and need to upload one or many events to the calendar, please complete the registration form with your user name and department and we will contact you to let you know how and when you can begin.
This will enable you to upload or amend your events instantly.
You should select only the category tags that apply for your event in terms of the department organising the event or departments that would be interested in the subject matter. Please contact Internal Communications internalcomms at warwick dot ac dot uk before creating any new tags.
2- If you are a member of staff or a student and would like to submit one event for inclusion on the calendar, please note that this event has a to have a broad appeal to a cross section of the University. Events will be reviewed by the Internal Communications team (this may take several days), then added to the calendar if appropriate.
