Training Workshop: Understanding Statistics

Friday 14th December 2007, 09:00-12:30, Warwick Medical School, Venue tbc.

Most people have a need to use, read or or understand statistics at some stage of their career and it is particularly important for those undertaking research. This Workshop will provide a sound introduction which will hopefully also dispel some of the usual myths. Designed for people with little or no experience, the workshop aims to provide delegates with an understanding of the basic terms used in statistics and to understand what statistics can tell us.

This half-day workshop is free to primary care / community care practitioners. Others are welcome to attend the workshops but will be invoiced for a fee of £75.00 which includes refreshments and a buffet lunch.
