International Women's Week 2010

Women's Week 2010 is series of charity events and talks on subjects from the US anti-sexism speaker Jackson Katz to a mock trial and performances of The Vagina Monologues.

The events are as follows:

Monday 8 March
10am, Piazza: Pick up your schedule and find out more
10am - 12pm, MR6 SUHQ: Craft session and T-shirt making
6:30pm, Chaplaincy: The vagina Monologues

Tuesday 9 March
10am, Piazza: Pick up your schedule and buy a raffle ticket
1pm - 2:30pm, Venue TBC: Workshop on social exclusion and women
4pm - 5pm, MR4 SUHQ: Julie Harris on women and social entrepreneurship

Wednesday 10 March
1pm, Piazza: Irish Dancing
2pm - 3pm, MR4 SUHQ: CRASAC discussion on rape and sexual abuse
4pm - 5:30pm, A023, Social Sciences: The Women's Project mock trial of Kiranjit Ahluwalia

Thursday 11 March
10am, Piazza: Info and raffle tickets
12pm - 1pm, MR4 SUHQ: The myth of rape and how we expose the facts
6:30pm, R0.21: The Vagina Monologues

Friday 12 March

Saturday 13 March

8pm, TJ's, Leamington: Charity gig by folk band Green Diesel
