Many of us experience levels of stress (or of its opposite, lethargy) which leave us feeling unable to cope. This workshop will open up the question of the nature of stress; will help us link this to our own experience; will provide practical hints on de-stressing; and will teach a relaxation technique which can then be practised and built into everyday life.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- understand the origins of stress
- know more about their own patterns of stress
- check their lifestyle to help manage stress
- above all, know more about how to relax on a regular basis
All students are welcome, whether stress is a minor issue or a major one in your life.
