Photos.Warwick Unavailable
On Monday 13 December, the photos.warwick.ac.uk application will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 60 minutes between 12:00-14:00. This downtime is required to move the application to a new server. Although there will only be limited downtime, the application should be considered “at-risk” all day.
Planned work to archive (KEEP) Student Records Services
The archive (KEEP) Student Records Services will be taken offline at 00:30 on Monday 15th November and remain offline until 19:00 on Thursday 18th November.
During this period, there will be no staff access to the application, no staff access through local ODBC applications and no online connectivity for staff or students via the eVision portal application. Other services which rely on access the Student Records System (for example Exam Timetabling, Invigilator Management, Module Registration Manager and the Photo Submission service) will also be suspended for this duration.

Student Records upgrade to version 8.2.1
During this period, there will be no staff access to the application, no staff access through local ODBC applications and no online connectivity for staff or students via the eVision portal application. Other services which rely on access the Student Records System (for example Module Registration Management and the Photo Submission service) will be suspended for the duration of the upgrade.
The "Archive" Student Records System will also be unavailable on 2 separate occasions:–
- from 00:30 until 11:00 on Tuesday 9th February
- from 10:00 on Tuesday 23rd February until 17:00 on Thursday 25th February

Other services which rely on access the Student Records System (for example Exam Timetabling, Invigilator Management, Module Registration Manager (for those departments using the eVision module registration pilot) and the Photo Submission service) will also be suspended for this duration.

Student Records Unavailable
The "Production" and “Archive” Student Records Systems (also known as SITS) will be unavailable between 00:30 and 17:30 on Tuesday 8 September. This is to enable to application of Oracle and Solaris patches to SITS servers.
During this period, there will be no staff access to the application, no staff access through local ODBC applications and no online connectivity for staff or students via the eVision portal application. Other services which rely on access the Student Records System (for example Exam Timetabling, Invigilator Management and the Photo Submission service) will also be suspended for this duration.

Reminder Student Records Unavailable
Student Records planned maintenance
The "Production" Student Records System (also known as SITS) will be unavailable from 16:30 on Friday 24th July until 10:00 on Tuesday 28th July, in order to upgrade to version 8.2.0.
During this period, there will be no staff access to the application, no staff access through local ODBC applications and no online connectivity for staff or students via the eVision portal application. Other services which rely on access the Student Records System (for example Exam Timetabling, Invigilator Management, the Direct Debit Registration process and the Photo Submission service) will be suspended for the duration of the upgrade.
The "Archive" Student Records System will also be unavailable from 16:30 on Friday 24th July until 17:00 on Friday 31st July.
