AHRC Collaborative Doctoral Partnership PhD Studentship

Applications are invited for a fully-funded PhD studentship (fees and maintenance) to be held at the Department of History, University of Warwick and the Science Museum, London. The studentship is funded through the Arts and Humanities Research Council’s Science Museums and Archives Consortium Collaborative Doctoral Partnership (CDP) scheme. The project will be supervised jointly by Dr James Poskett (Warwick), Dr Katayoun Shafiee (Warwick), Dr Richard Dunn (Science Museum), and Mr Ben Russell (Science Museum). Professor Christian Twigg-Flesner joins AHRC grant for Smart Technologies Project

New Collaborative Scholarship for Digital Health & Human Rights Project

We are delighted to announce the award of a new PhD studentship to start in October 2022 as part of the Leverhulme Trust Doctoral programme TRANSFORM. Led by Professor Sharifah Sekalala in the Law School, the award will fund a researcher to investigate the potentials and limitations of digital IDs with biometric features as a prerequisite for accessing health services for marginalised groups in cities.

New Collaborative Scholarship for Police Custody Project

Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellowship Scheme

The Department of English and Comparative Literary Studies at the University of Warwick encourages outstanding postdoctoral scholars to apply to The Leverhulme Trust’s Early Career Fellowships scheme, for Fellowships starting in the 2022/23 academic year. The three-year Fellowship contributes 100% of the Fellow’s salary in the first year, and thereafter 50% of the salary, with the balance being paid by the University. Appointments at the University of Warwick are dependent on the award of the Fellowship.
