Get snapping! Warwick 2013/14 calendar photography competition

This autumn, we’ll be publishing Warwick’s first diversity calendar and we’re running a competition asking staff and students to submit photos to be featured. Images can be of anything and everything representing the diversity of life at Warwick.

What we're looking for..

We’re looking for great pictures to accompany each month of the year, so images that tie in with a particular event or time of year are particularly welcome. The more original and creative the better, so let your imagination run wild. There's no restriction on when the photo was taken - you can go out and take a brand new picture or dig out an old favourite.

We're looking for images that represent the diversity of Warwick - our people, environment, events and community. Whether it's a photo of a Warwick sporting event, One World Week activities on campus, staff and students volunteering together or a community event held in Coventry or Warwickshire, we want to compile a calendar that celebrates Warwick's uniqueness as a university and as a community.

Need inspiration?

Spring provides inspiration in the form of religious festivals such as Easter, Ugadi, Vaisakhi and Passover, local community events like the Regency Run in Leamington and the Kenilworth Festival and wider events such as Universities Week, World Health Day and International Day Against Homophobia. Of course, it also heralds the start of a new season as the campus environment comes to life, reminding us of our unique and beautiful setting here at Warwick.

Deadline

You have until June 2013 to submit your pictures. Each of the 12 winners will have their photos featured in the new calendar.
