We’re excited to announce our Employee Survey is here, giving a chance to share honest feedback.  

It's important to us that our colleagues have a way to share their views about working at Warwick and to encourage you to share your views, we’ll be planting trees.  

Through the Employee Survey, we want you to be able to give us honest feedback on what we are doing well and where we can improve. We can then use the information you share with us to define our priorities going forward.  

The survey is completely anonymous and you have until Friday 9 June 2023 to have your say.  

If you work with or manage colleagues who do not have access to computers, please let your local Employee Survey Champion know, so they can arrange for them to complete the survey another way. 

We want as many colleagues as possible to share their views. As an incentive to complete the survey and underlining our commitment to sustainability, we will plant an extra tree on campus for every 50 responses we receive. Colleagues will even have a chance to take part in the tree planting in the Autumn.  

You’ll find out the results during July. It’s important that we’re transparent with the results and it’s the start of a process that will lead to positive change.  

Each department will be responsible for cascading the results for their area, and for creating action plans off the back of the results. We will also be publishing the University-wide results on insite.
