FAB Fest - Celebrating Arts and Creativity at Warwick.

You can now view the programme for the eagerly awaited FAB Fest, taking place on Friday 20 May. The event marks the official opening of the Faculty of Arts Building and promises to be an afternoon of fun and creativity as we celebrate all that is wonderful about the arts at Warwick.
The opening ceremony will take place at midday, accompanied by a glass of fizz, before FAB Fest kicks off. You can choose from a wide variety of workshops, activities, performances and other events taking place right across the building and spilling out onto Senate House Lawn and the nearby green spaces.
Events are being delivered by academic staff, students, alumni and guest artists, speakers and practitioners. There's something for everyone. Try your hand at print making, test your fighting skills in a stage combat workshop, try a Bridgerton dance workshop or explore what a world without the arts would look like in our specially curated Escape Room experiences taking place throughout the day.
It's also your opportunity to take a tour of the fantastic Faculty of Arts Building or just relax and enjoy the ambiance on Senate House Lawn, while listening to some of the best bands in Warwick or indulging in afternoon tea.
Treats from some of your favourite local food market stallholders will also be available to purchase from right outside the FAB. All events are free to attend, and many are available to drop-in, but a few do require you to secure your place in advance. Find out more about the full programme and book your places now.
FAB Fest will provide a unique opportunity to learn more about the underpinning values of the Faculty of Arts and its quest to unlock and share the hidden truths in the folds of culture and history, view the familiar with fresh eyes, and uncover new stories about the world around us.
