About the Female Academic Staff Network

The group was established as a result of the STEMM departments Athena-Swan work. The purpose of the Network is to discuss in an informal and relaxed setting, the mid-career progression of female academics at Warwick, and to elicit the views of the group on the sort of support that might be offered or initiatives that could be instigated to ensure that all staff achieve their full potential both now and in the future.
