Campus VPN changes: Tuesday 10 Dec 2013
Warwick's Virtual Private Network (VPN) service will change to an opt-in service as of Tuesday 10 December 2013 to increase Warwick's levels of online security.
The service will be mainly for staff. If you're a staff member who already uses the VPN service, you won't be affected by the change.
If you're a member of staff who hasn't used the VPN service before, you'll need to get in touch with the IT Services Help Desk either by raising a self service call online, or by calling 02476 5 73737.
If you're a student, you'll need to get in touch with the helpdesk as above, but you'll have to declare the academic study or research purpose that you need the VPN connection for.
