Peter Hammond Elected to British Academy
Professor Peter Hammond, from the Department of Economics has been elected as a Fellow to the British Academy, the UK’s national academy for humanities and social sciences. Only a handful of exceptional UK-based scholars are selected to receive the distinction each year.
Warwick Farewell - Sean Russell
Director of Student Development and Diversity, Sean Russell is to leave the University on Friday 14 August after 3 years of service, to start his own training and coaching business.

Arvind Aradhya Recognised as Part of IBM's Smarter Planet Jam
Arvind Aradhya, an undergraduate from the School of Engineering, has received an official recognition as a top contributor to 2009’s Smarter Planet Jam – an honour bestowed only 20 out of almost 2,000 students.
