Kelly is the University’s Administrative Officer responsible for helping to prepare the submission for the forthcoming QAA exercise. Kelly began her career in University administration on Cardiff University’s graduate training scheme before moving to Warwick

Which means?
I wear 3 hats in my job. For half of the week I work on Quality and Audit, getting ready for the QAA exercise and, in particular, helping the Sociology department prepare their QAA submission. The other half of the week is spent working as the assistant secretary to the Social Studies Faculty and working as the project officer for the Midlands Hub.

As a young child what did you want to be as a "grown-up"?
A teacher. My background is in English literature, so I’d have probably been an English teacher.
What has life's experience taught you so far?
Don’t take what you have for granted – everything changes
Major achievement to date?
Winning a £1000 prize for my degree or moving my house and job all within the space of 3 months.
What do you treasure most?
My two cats, Frank and Ted, and living so close to my family and my oldest friends
If you could change one thing in the University overnight, what would it be?

Pottering in my garden, Boxercise, learning to ride.
