The day, on 25 November, will look ahead to researching Coventry’s legacy programme and the opportunities for Bradford UK City of Culture 2025.

Share your experiences of life in the UK with a visiting student from the Department of Applied Linguistics. If you live near to the University, in the south of Coventry or Kenilworth, you could be eligible to host a student for a short period of time, from 2 weeks to 3 months, and receive payment for this. New Independent Report Highlights Strengths & Opportunities for Innovation in West Midlands
An independent report has revealed how Warwick is helping to drive the West Midlands’ position as a powerhouse for innovation, which is in turn supporting growth in the local economy. The report from innovation and investment consultancy firm, Beauhurst, highlights the growth of businesses within the Warwick Innovation District (WID). Since its launch in 2020, the WID has helped businesses raise over £100m in investment, with over 700 businesses started or supported.
Be a part of UN Urban October: Co-creating Regional Resilience
Share and discuss contemporary practices and research initiatives related to co-creation, hear evidence-based examples and ideas for fostering grassroots collaboration, and network with regional stakeholders on 17 October. To further develop ideas that have been discussed, academics will be able to apply for two small grants to take ideas forward.
