Hundreds of police accused of sexual exploitation - comment
"While it's not surprising, there are many things that could be done to prevent it in the future.
"These include putting obstacles in the way of exploitation, changes to police culture, which is currently very macho and hierarchical, and making sure victims know that such behaviour is serious misconduct which they can report safely and with confidence."
