MBA Rugby Tournament - UK invades USA

A team of Warwick Business School's MBA students were one of a select few travelling to the USA last weekend to partake in the tenth annual International MBA Rugby Tournament in North Carolina USA, at Duke University. Only 5 of the 25 teams entering were from outside the USA, and 4 of these were from the British Isles.

Simply the Best

Warwick Conferences are proud to announce that they won the award for 'Best UK Management Training Centre' and for the 'Best Academic Venue' at the Meetings and Incentive Travel Industry Awards 2002. The event was established in 1988 to bring the various sectors of the meetings industry together and reward excellence in service and product. Connect Midlands are thrilled to be hosting their first event of 2002 since the success of the Connect Midlands Investment Conference back in November 2001. Award assists Warwick to strengthen Links with Business

The University has been awarded £8 million as part of the Government’s Knowledge Exploitation Funding programme, comprising the Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF), Science Enterprise Challenge, University Challenge and the Public Sector Research Fund. The main Fund - HEIF - is aimed at supporting the continuing development of the capacity in universities to interact with business and the community.
