We provide a platform for our academics to play a pivotal role in local, social, economic and policy development across Coventry, Warwickshire and the wider Midlands.
Warwick Institute of Engagement
Warwick Institute of Engagement (WIE) plays a seminal leadership role working with communities to deliver place-based and people-focused results. It helps us drive innovation through the exchange of knowledge between the University and society.
Our role in the local region
We work with partners across the Coventry and Warwickshire to address pressing challenges. Through research and knowledge exchange with local people and their communities, we deliver direct and lasting societal benefits for the region.
Place-based research
We support local collaborative projects between researchers, organisations, charities and creatives in what is very much a two-way learning experience for us and our partners. We help embed creatives from the local cultural sector within research projects - building impactful relationships for all involved.
