Wellbeing Space

We’re committed to creating inclusive and nurturing spaces for all our delegates. This year, we’re pleased to introduce a dedicated reflection space—a quiet area designed for rest, mindfulness, or personal reflection throughout the event.

To maintain the calming atmosphere, we kindly ask that these rooms not be used for phone calls or virtual meetings. You’ll find clear signage on the day, and our friendly events team will be happy to guide you or provide more information.

The Reflection space is located in OC1.03.

Words for Wellbeing Interactive Exhibition

Why do you work in research? What drives your passion in improving research culture? We often talk about the challenges we all face, but wanted to take some time to also think about the positive aspects of the environment we work in.

We invite all in-person conference delegates to visit our interactive exhibition in the foyer of the Oculus and explore this exciting, hands-on celebration of creativity and positivity. Discover the power of words through Test Tube Telegrams and making your mark on a Collective Research Culture 2025 Charter. Don’t miss out on this uplifting and inspiring exhibition – it is for everyone! Come along, get involved, and be part of it!

Reimagining Failure Interactive Exhibition

Failure is an inherent part of the research journey, yet it can often feel isolating. The Ambassadors for Better Research Culture (ABRC) aim to foster a more supportive environment by reframing failure as a vital component of success. We invite you to share an experience that didn’t unfold as expected—what you learned, what you're proud of, or insights that may help others in similar situations. Let us recognise and celebrate progress in all its forms.
