Our vision...
The Business, Manufacturing and Innovation Spotlight brings together researchers from diverse disciplines across physical and social sciences and humanities to work on current and salient issues for organisations. By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, supporting grant applications, and connecting the University's research with the needs of external partners, it will contribute to shaping the future of industry.

Exploring the formation of enterprises, the creation and evolution of organisational networks, corporate governance and geopolitics of trade, and the societal and environmental roles of organisations. -
Innovation Management and Technology Development
Innovation within and between organizations, creativity and artificial intelligence, moving from B2B to B2C, innovation in specific industries such as creative industries, healthcare, and mobility.

Employee well-being and productivity, the evolution of the workplace, algorithmic decision-making, the implementation and impact of novel leadership and human research management methods.
