Our Progress so Far - December 2025
This Progress Review highlights the growing impact and ambition of the National Centre for Research Culture (NCRC) at the University of Warwick. As well as sharing progress on initiatives implemented within the University, it showcases the Centre’s expanding portfolio of activity from convening the annual International Research Culture Conference to leading the Research Culture Enablers Network and hosting the NCRC Conversation Series, reflecting its role as a national hub for connection, collaboration and shared learning. It also offers an overview of priorities, giving a snapshot of how the NCRC is helping to shape and support a healthier, more inclusive research culture across the UK and globally.
Research Culture Carousel - Materials
The Research Culture Carousel (RCC) is an interactive session format designed to spark conversations about research culture through creativity and storytelling. Developed for the 2025 International Research Culture Conference, the RCC uses physical objects as reflective prompts, enabling presenters to share their initiatives in an engaging, memorable way. This resource pack provides facilitators and presenters with the guidance needed to run a carousel session, including suggested structures, coaching question cards, and practical tips to support wider adoption of this approach to exploring and strengthening research culture.
