We cannot in good faith make promises to publish all submissions, but we will try. We also reserve the right to ask for small revisions and tweaks to your Splodge before it is published. We do not take any responsibility for the content of the blog posts in terms of accuracy, fact-checking or even reference checking. These are not explicitly reviewed, more checked for readability and accessibility.
In submitting a Splodge, you are agreeing that we can share the content on our public facing webpages and social media channels. You are also confirming to us that any images you include - you have the rights to share, and where necessary have appropriately credited the images.
You also agree, that you are happy for us to be in touch regarding your Splodge, for research purposes and/or further engagement and impact purposes.
Your Splodge will be read by members of the Warwick and extended Operational Teams and on occasion, members of the Advisory Board and Collaborative Steering Committee before publication.
You also agree to us holding and storing your data for up to 5 years following the end of the project. If you want us to delete your data at any point then please get in touch directly on coventrycollaboraction@warwick.ac.uk
