Wild Earth

Rooted in Words:
Join Geeta and step outside and reconnect with nature in this calming one-hour workshop led by Wild EarthLink opens in a new window. Begin with a mindful walk through University of Warwick’s green spaces, using your senses to slow down, breathe, and notice the world around you. Then return indoors for a gentle creative session, where you'll turn your reflections into words through freewriting, poetry, or visual journaling. No writing experience needed — just curiosity and an open mind. This workshop offers a moment of pause, creativity, and connection with the natural world — and yourself.
