Many people assume that writing is too high of an art for them, that poetry needs to rhyme and flow effortlessly, that putting something into written form is committing to it being seen and judged by others. But many writers create personal work that they do not share.
The workshop will show how self-expression through writing can help to process difficult experiences on a strongly personal level, without the need to adhere to any received standards or exterior pressures. It is about liberating those words stuck inside and decluttering the soul.
