Words for Wellbeing – Expression of Interest
Are you passionate about the intersection of creativity, wellbeing, and community engagement? We are inviting facilitators, artists, poets, academics, and wellbeing practitioners to deliver interactive sessions as part of Words for Wellbeing, a programme dedicated to exploring the therapeutic power of words and creativity.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome proposals for workshops, talks, performances, exhibition stands or interactive sessions that explore:
✔ Creative expression for wellbeing (poetry, storytelling, journaling, spoken word, music, visual arts)
✔ Mindfulness & self-care through words
✔ Community-building & inclusive storytelling
✔ The role of writing & creativity in mental health and resilience
Who Can Apply?
✅ Artists, writers, poets, wellbeing professionals
✅ Academics and researchers exploring wellbeing and creativity
✅ Organisations or individuals working in community arts & mental health
✅ Anyone passionate about fostering wellbeing through words
