Overview

I manage the multi-user EM RTP facility and have a knowledge of all the microscopy techniques the facility houses, in addition to sample preparation for imaging.

I can help users with experiments, or alternatively carry out imaging on behalf of the user. My main specialism is Scanning Electron Microscopy and analysis with some support for Transmission Electron Microscopy.

Background

I started at Warwick as a trainee technician in the Department of Physics and then as technical support in a leading engineering ceramics research group under the leadership of Professor Mike Lewis with SEM and TEM microscopes, in 2014 I became manager of the Electron Microscopy RTP.
