About Research Computing

Research Computing encompasses Warwick's digital research infrastructure and the associated people and expertise necessary to enable computationally-driven, data-centric and digital research at all levels.

Mission

Research Computing's mission is to create an enhanced, broader and more strategic research computing provision for the university. Led by the Research Technology Platforms (RTPs), Research Computing works closely with the established digital RTPs and local departmental teams. Research Computing is not part of the Information and Digital Group (IDG), but does collaborate closely with the relevant areas within IDG.
