Join the Health, Business, Manufacturing and Innovation, Digital and Society & Culture Spotlights for an interdisciplinary event designed for researchers, innovators and healthcare professionals wanting to explore the rapidly evolving world of health apps. Whether you're looking to discover new tools to increase the impact and reach of your research, to better understand the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding health apps, or simply want to explore the build process involved in the creation of a health app, this event will provide invaluable insights and networking opportunities for researchers at all career stages who are interested in digital health.
Lightning Talks and an Expert Panel with Q&A: Learn from researchers and industry partners who have created successful health apps across the health and healthcare domain as they share best practice, discuss regulation and showcase the ways they have tackled the challenges of implementation at scale, both inside and outside the NHS, and in a global context.
Live demonstration showcasing the functionality/build process involved in creating health apps (Cogniss)
Connect with other researchers and tech innovators working in the field of health and healthcare apps.
For those working on projects already in progress/development, meet potential new collaborators and work on an idea together in a focused environment (NB. To attend this session, a short outline of the project/idea in development as well as the attendee’s expertise will need to be sent in advance of the event, deadline 9th May). Please note, this is an additional session and will run 1pm-2pm.
