In this talk, I will explore the practical application of behavioural science to enhance online safety regulations. I will cover how Ofcom applies behavioural science in policy-making and how we diagnose a problem and design interventions using behavioural tools by giving examples from two randomised control trials run conducted under the Online Safety Act.
